Ann Andrews was born in South London and had a poor, but very happy
upbringing.  Her mother was a middle-class housewife, and she received her great love of nature and animals from her Romany father.  At age 12, they moved to the country, where she subsequently met her husband, Paul of 29 years.  They have two sons, Daniel, 27, and Jason, 23.  It was after Jason was born that another well-hidden part of their lives came to light - that Jason and Ann are alien abductees. From that time the whole family was plagued by strange paranormal experiences.  It took nearly 12 years to finally accept the possibility of alien interaction in their lives, after searching for any other explanation.

Creating always makes me tick.  Whether it was the first song that I wrote when I was about four, building straw forts in a hayloft, or getting a poem in the paper in grade school, somewhere along the line I got hooked.  Later, as I started to take it seriously, I made my way onto the stage, first as an actor, and then performing the songs I wrote.  I was lucky, no matter if I made a big splash or had to learn to swim out of dangerous waters, I was paid to do what so many people wanted to do and I had fun at it.  I jumped in with both feet writing songs all day and playing music all night.  I was always surprised when people thought I should get a “real job.”  I’ve had plenty of those but the most “Real” thing I know is the connection I feel when I’m creating something.  When we shut-up and listen, it’s where we cooperate with the Divine.  It’s really the only thing happening here on this little blue marble and like G.I. Gurdjieff, I’ve had many meetings with remarkable men (and women).  Along the way I studied music and drama at Univ. of So. Cal and earned a B.S. in biology from Kansas Wesleyan Univ.  Then, when my first album was ready for release, the worst happened – Disco – and overnight I was a country-rock dinosaur.  During my readjustment to “real” life, I started creating landscape environments – still fun – and reading a lot.  I had been studying psychology, metaphysics, and esoteric texts for years to understand a number of unusual experiences so…I decided to take that seriously and went back to graduate school.  I received an M.A. from John F. Kennedy Univ. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and I continue Doctoral studies at Saybrook Institute.  Then the best happened!  Music, psychology, mysticism, and academia all came together when I created Vantage Quest.  Now I am a practicing therapist privileged to help others re-create their lives as well as an author, and producer of some very unique CDs.  Through it all, I’m still creating.

David was born in 1959, in the shadow of the great auto plants in Warren, Michigan.  He grew up on the “South Side” of town, on the Detroit border; which was, and still is, a great place to get into trouble!  By the time he was 19 he was in some very dark times, which led up to his near death experience.  After his experience he settled down and got a job as a crane operator at a machine tool plant. He made new friends and met the woman who eventually became his wife.  He was laid off in 1982, a casualty of the manufacturing decline the Detroit area experienced in the early 1980’s.
During this time he tried very hard to forget his experience.

David spent five years in the US Navy from 1985-1990, operating the tactical data system, the radars and the missile launcher on the guided missile frigate USS Halyburton FFG-40.  He also controlled helicopters that hunted submarines.  This made him remember some of the aspects of the experience, but he still tried to forget what he had learned. 

After his enlistment ended he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree while being a stay-at-home father to his four beautiful children.  He received his degree in 1995, but had a tough time finding suitable employment.  Eventually he landed a position as a software analyst, where he still works today.  This stability allowed him to come to terms with what had happened to him, what he had learned, and how he fit into this world.
